Stock & availability

Product pages show whether an item is in stock. We update availability regularly, but because some products ship from our suppliers’ warehouses, stock can change quickly.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after you check out, we will email you right away and offer a similar alternative or a full refund for that item, whichever you prefer.

Prices & currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the item, and shipping is free on every order.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before it ships and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe
• PayPal, including paying with your PayPal balance or linked cards

Payments are handled by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, you receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of what you bought. Please check it carefully. If anything looks wrong, email us at support@airdesigncard.com as soon as possible.

Changes & cancellations

You can change your shipping address, update your order or cancel it free of charge any time before it ships. Email us with your order number and what you would like to change.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can return it within 60 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping restrictions

We ship to all 50 US states. A small number of products cannot be shipped to certain states because of state regulations or carrier rules, for example:

• Some vent-free gas heaters, which certain states and cities do not allow
• Some gas-powered equipment that does not meet California emissions rules
• Some live plants that cannot enter certain states under agricultural rules

Any restriction is shown on the product page. If an order includes an item we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Large & heavy items

Larger products such as air compressors, riding mowers and grills may ship by freight carrier. In that case the carrier will usually contact you to arrange a delivery time. Some orders ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
