Good color contrast, readable font sizes and clear headings on every page.

Images include text descriptions, and links and buttons use clear labels.

Our layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and supports browser zoom.

What we do

To support accessibility, we:

Design pages with a logical heading structure and clear layout
Add text alternatives to meaningful images
Make sure content can be enlarged with browser zoom
Test pages on different devices and screen sizes
Review new content and features for accessibility before publishing

Known limitations

We work hard to make our whole website accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet our standards, such as product images and documents supplied by manufacturers, or third-party tools like payment pages. We are working to improve these areas.
